Accurate information helps diners find you and arrive with the right expectations. If something on your Restaurantica listing is out of date or missing — your hours, menu, contact details, or anything else — send us an update.


Submit an Update

Sign in and use the form below — choose your restaurant, tell us what changed, and include a menu or website link if you have one. It helps to include which restaurant (name and city), the specific detail that's changing and the correct information, and a link to your current menu or website.


What You Can Update

You can submit updates to any of the practical details on your listing, including:

  • Hours of operation — regular hours, seasonal hours, and holiday closures
  • Contact details — phone number, website, and reservation or ordering links
  • Location — address corrections, a move to a new location, or map placement
  • Cuisine and price range — how your restaurant is categorized
  • Menu information — dishes, descriptions, and pricing
  • Operating status — a temporary closure, permanent closure, reopening, name change, or change of ownership

Who Can Submit an Update

  • Restaurant owners and managers. If you've claimed your listing, you can submit updates anytime. Claiming verifies that you're authorized to manage the listing — see Claim Your Restaurant.
  • Diners. If you've noticed something out of date on a listing and you're not affiliated with the restaurant, that's helpful too — please use our Report a Listing or Error page.

How Updates Are Reviewed

We review submitted updates to keep listings accurate and consistent:

  • Verification. We confirm changes against reliable sources where appropriate — your verification as the listing owner, your official menu or website, or other dependable information.
  • Formatting. We may lightly format submitted information (for example, standardizing how hours or prices are displayed) so it's consistent across the Site.
  • Turnaround. We aim to process routine updates promptly. Time-sensitive changes — such as a temporary closure — are prioritized, so please flag anything urgent.

Submitting information about a restaurant keeps its listing accurate. It does not, on its own, generate editorial coverage — editorial decisions are made independently. See our Editorial Standards.


A Note on Menus and Accuracy

Menus and prices change often. When you send us a menu update, please make sure it reflects what you're currently serving. Keeping menu information current reduces confusion for diners and helps everyone have a better experience.
