Pho Windsor is unmistakably a noodle house, with classic pho, spicy lemongrass soup, seafood soup, beef stew and pad thai all represented. The breadth lets diners stay in a noodle-first meal while choosing very different broths, proteins and levels of heat.

The menu gives noodle lovers several paths: Pad Thai, Pho Ga, Singapore Laksa, Bun Bo Hue, Tom Yum Soup, and rice-noodle soups all sit beside curries and rice plates rather than feeling like one-off additions.

This is a pho-led restaurant, not a broad pan-Asian board. Pho Dac Biet leads the visit, Pho Do Bien adds a seafood lane, and Bo Kho gives soup-and-noodle diners a richer comfort order.

Noodles are more than filler here. Cantonese Chow Mein, Cantonese Lo Mein, barbecue noodle soups, roasted-duck noodle soup, and shrimp wonton noodle soup give the menu a clear second lane beside the roast counter.
