Red Lobster Restaurant

If you don't mind the wait, Red Lobster is the best in any seafood you will find. Staff is always on the go, friendly, and helpful. Food is devine and price is a little steep but worth considering the food quality and prepration. Once seated it takes very little time to recieve your order and I always leave wondering when I can come back again.

On 5/29/2008 I took xxxxx her daughter xxxxxxx and xxxxx (xxxxxxx’xboyfriend) to your Red Lobster restaurant in Huntington WV because it was xxxxx’x birthday and we had a 25.00 gift card from my brother. When we arrived at the restaurant we expected a good meal like usual. As we walked in we told the hostess it was xxxxx’x birthday. After we were seated we told the waiter it was xxxxx’x birthday. The waiter gave us a lunch menu because it was 3:55 pm he said the dinner menu did not start till 4:00 pm and the only difference was that the dinner menu had pictures on it. Then another waiter came by and took over the table I asked for the dinner menu but was denied the request. We decided to order off the lunch menu since we could not use the dinner one. We ordered our drinks two cokes a frozen strawberry Margarita and a Ice-Tea unsweetened with no lemon of course my Ice-Tea came with lemon wedge on it. I ordered the Lobster Bisque, which you know, was served cold and I had to send it back twice. We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were excellent. We were offered rolls when our waiter brought the Lobster Bisque out the first time. We then received our salads which were ok after I was almost done with the salad when I received the Lobster Bisque that was finally hot and a few minutes latter we received the biscuits. The food was ok for xxxxx’x daughter and her boyfriend mine food was good but I thought the shrimp was fried shrimp not boiled cocktail shrimp and xxxxx had ordered the Chef's Signature Lobster and Shrimp Pasta Maine lobster and tender shrimp tossed with fresh asparagus and tomatoes in a creamy white wine and lobster butter sauce over linguini Lunch Portion 9.99 She said she almost got four pieces of shrimp and a teaspoon of Lobster with the Linguini. She was very disappointed with her meal. We then paid for the meal, around 94.00 we were so upset we did not check the ticket we just paid the bill so we could leave. After we got in the car and were on the way back home xxxxx noticed she was charged 13.99 for her meal but since we were upset already we did not go back.
Red lobster did send 20.00 in gift certificates after sending them this letter just what I needed. I wonder when I will drive a half hour with gas over 4.00 a gallon to save 20.00 on a meal and wonder how bad the service and food will be the next time
