Although most reveiws I had read on the Scuffer were negative I gave it a try just the same. I was quite pleased with the dining experience. Our reservation was for 6:30 and our table was ready upon arrival. The wait staff was attentive, professional, and very well trained. The four meals we ordered did not take long to arrive and were of excellent quality. My filet mignon was the "melt in your mouth" kind of tender. It tasted great. We each enjoyed our meal very much. I will go back the next time I'm visiting Vermont.
- Order: margaritas - rocks, salt, very good onion rings - the real deal, excellent filet mignon - cooked to perfection open faced steak sandwich - very tasty NY sirloin - just right veggie burger - good enough to take home leftovers
