Ming Moon Buffet Chinese

Review: We went on a Friday night and the parking lot was full. There was plenty of room for us (we did not have reservations). Since our last time there, the entry had been slightly re-designed so the buffet had room to expand. Added items included a self-slicing area for roast beef, crab legs, and a big bowl of another seafood. The self-servce soft ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and mixed) had also been moved to make room for that. There are 3 buffet serving tables of labelled food to choose from, ranging from General Tsao's Chicken to beef dishes, seafood, soups, rice and dumplings.

I did not see any plain rice, which was surprising.

Besides the ice cream, there are a few other desserts to choose from.

Drinks include water, various soft drinks, beers, and wines.

The staff members are pleasant and quick to clear used plates and to bring the check and fortune cookies.
