My husband introduced me to Southern Recipe. It was perfect. We were looking for some good- down home cooking, and we found it at Southern Recipe. The food is like you have a home, and the prices are More than reasonable. I was very pleased.

For an inexpensive, basic comfort food place, it's the best. They have a selection of Tex-mex too, which we did not try.
- Order: Chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, house salad, iced tea AND meatloaf, vegetable soup, salad, soft drink - under $10 each, including tax
