For those who appreciate artistry, this is a must-try. The decor is traditional with a lot of little touches that show the owner's fine aesthetic sensibilities (truly Japanese!). The menu always has interesting seasonal specialties and items for the non-sushi eater. But the star of the show is the sushi. Fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Occasionally service can be a bit slow, but eating here should not be done in a rush. Homemade ice cream is the perfect ending for a meal here.
