Mimi's Cafe

Okay when my family can't decide where to go eat we go to Mimi's Cafe but last night we arrived and they were not busy at about 730pm at 820pm they brought out 3 of our 6 dinners and they were hard and cold, the manager came out and said the kitchen had lost our ticket but why did no one come and tell us earlier? I was frustrated that the watress didn't say anything to us or her manager earlier on top of that it was like pulling teeth to get drink refills. When the manager did get involved everything cleared up comped a few dinners (go figure childs meals) but the fact is the they should have communicated sooner. I will continue to go to Mimi's but I feel I may delay my return to this one for awhile.
