Toshio’s has good food and fast, courteous service. The the salmon teriyaki and the veggie tempura are usually quite yummy, and the classic chicken teriyaki is always a good (super-fast) choice. The tempura can get a little mushy if you don't eat it right away, but it's great fresh. There aren’t a ton of seats, but most of their business seems to be take-out so that’s rarely a problem, and you can eat outside when the weather is nice.
