'Ohana

It is a shame that such a great location and atmosphere has to be accompanied with such horrible service. We have gone there twice in the evenings and both times have waited at least 10 or 15 minutes before being approached by any hostess or waitress. The people behind us left because no one came to help. We were finally sat outside on the heated deck which was nice and waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to appear. The food was good, great happy hour specials too, and I would have let go the horrible service one time but twice is my limit. It's a shame, it has a lot of potential.
