Red Lobster Restaurant

I love Red Lobster and always save it for special occassions. It is the restaurant of choice for Christmas Eve and has been for tha past 7 years. Their biscuits and the best ever, their salads are fress, and the food is awesome. Never been disappointed with this restaurant. The service is pleasant; usually there exactly when you need them.

I'll be honest, I'd never been to a Red Lobster before. I'm simply not a seafood fan and so this was never a chain I cared to visit.

Happened to be passing through Watertown, NY on our way back up to Canada. My sister and her husband always stop at a Reb Lobster when they are travelling as they are huge fans of their chowder! B-i-L is a a Nova Scotia boy!

Anyway, we went in for lunch and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I had their Apple Walnut Chicken Salad with Blue Cheese Balsamic Vinagrette to start and WOW!!!!!!!!! This could possibly be the best salad I've ever had in my life! For my main course I had their Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo ...... and I'm so glad I ordered the half portion as as delicious as it was I don't think I could have finished a full portion!

Sister and her husband both ordered chowder and judging by the moans as they ate it I'd say they enjoyed it very much! Sister opted for Grilled Garlic Jumbo Shrimp and had a side salad - both were excellent she said.

B-i-L had the North Atlantic Haddock and loved it. He also ordered some Popcorn Shrimp and Pan Seared Crabcakes to share with us.

Our waitress was great, bubbly and couldn't do enough for us. Service was fast and the food was cooked to perfection!

Highly recommend and I'd go again!
