- ReviewLove this restaurant and have eaten dinners here several times; This was my first breakfast at Bouchon.
What a great breakfast spot. It's a elegant, calm restaurant with lots of natural light early in the day.
The staff, as usual, were friendly and always on hand when you need them (and out of the way when you don;t).
The food was excellent, although the double potato dishes is a little strange (my fault though, I didn't read the menu carefully enough). I would have preferred some other cooked veggie. The tropical fruit salad was fantastic, as was the scone.
Highly recommended for breakfast.

Service is more casual than in the main restaurant, but it's the same great food at the casual, elegant Bouchon's bar.
I go back to Bouchon every time I come to Vegas, and it's the only restaurant I return to.
Highly recommended.
