Wow, found a restaurant that is only open 1 day a week - Sunday Mornings for breakfast. Country ham is the feature on the buffet. YUM!
I will say that the new restaurant (a fire destroyed the old one in Dec 2006) is not as cozy as the old place but the food is outstanding!
The memorbilia on the walls is the most awesome I have seen in restaurants in the 29 states I have explored. Sure there is less than at the old place but it is simply amazing. Easier to access, too. The owner, Mr Miller, a WWII vet has WW items, old cowboys such as Roy Rogers and others and lots of things to look at on the walls and in the halls!
Can't wait to get back through Owensboro on Sunday morning!
Try one of Mr. Millers donuts! Betcha can't eat just one!
