  • ReviewIt took two and half hours for my food to be delivered despite the fact that that the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. When I called after an hour, I was told that the driver was on his way. Then when I called after two hours I was told that my order was messed up and that they would be there soon. Absolutely the worst service ever.

  • ReviewThe first time our office ordered from this "delivery place", it took them 3 hours to deliver it. Everyone else in the office refused to ever order from Broil Out again. However, 2 of us decided to give it another try yesterday. After 2 hours of waiting for our food, I called and cancelled the order. Now they have charged my card for the full amount of the order!! This place is an absolute joke!
