Galileo Ristorante

I have eaten here several times and always love it. Galileo is a smallish out of the way place on a waterway overlooking Little Sarasota Bay that will kind of make you feel you have left Florida. Very quaint and a little off the beaten path. Right from the moment you step through the door and the scent of the cooking hits you, you know you are in for a treat. I have had several memorable meals here, seafood, steaks, pasta, it's all really good stuff. The chef is the owner and although he is a little shy and quiet, he cooks with a great passion and this is reflected in the quality of what comes to the table. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Italian experience. Buon Appetito!
