Ruby Tuesday

It was my turn to pick the place for our birthday lunch in our department. We had a wonderful time. Excellent food and the salad bar is the best!! I love the fruit flavored teas and so did the rest of the group. Great job!!

My family and I went to this restaurant after church for lunch about a month ago. There were 6 adults and 2 toddlers. First, this restaurant has very limited seating, and no space where a high chair can be put without being in the aisle. So we ended up with our kids practically sitting in the aisle and getting dirty looks from passers by. Then, although the place was practically empty, service was incredibly slow, leaving us with two hungry and increasingly cranky babies. After about 25 minutes my mother in law ended up having to get them some snacks from the salad bar to tide them over. And when we did finally place our orders and our food arrived, the grilled cheese sandwiches we had ordered for the kids were burnt on the inside! The whole experience was such a mess, definitely won't be back.

greeted well, placed at a booth near the window (not too comfortable for 5mo. pregnant daughter even though we asked to be moved to a larger table but were ignored), burgers were under cooked (all three orders), not checked on very often, small beer for price, glasses went empty on sodas and waited for refill. have had prior good experiences here so will give them 1 more chance-but not soon

I have always liked Ruby Tuesday especially because I like their salad bar. There is always a great variety of items on the salad bar to make me happy. I always go back up at the end of the meal to enjoy some fruit that they always have available.

I was greeted with a smile and escorted to my table. I was immediately approached and offered drinks and appetizers. The server made eye contact and smiled during our interaction. The salad bar was fresh. My food was served hot and after I had completed my salad. The server checked by often to refill drinks and any other needs. I did not have to ask for additional napkins. I was thanked with a smile for eating at their restaurant.
