Red Lobster Restaurant

I think the server was new and training, but the service was terrible, another server appologized but did nothing to make anything any better. by the time we got our food it was almost cold. the food was i believe the worst i have ever eaten at red lobster. needless to say i don't think i want to even try any red lobster for a long time if ever.

I have always enjoyed Red Lobster until this particular visit. We came in evening time and ordered our dinners. The service was average, but our waiter seemed to be new and in training so I would never hold that against them. However, the food was not the quality I had been used to getting in the past from Red Lobster. The baked potato seemed like it had been sitting there all day, was very hard and lukewarm. The lobster was a rubbery constistancy. This was a very disappointing visit. When we drop almost $100 on dinner we expect it to be exceptional quality, especially with seafood. We could have gotten better quality from Long John Silvers. Very disappointing. Now our previous visit was to the Altamonte location in April and service, food, etc. was wonderful. When I decide to return to Red Lobster, it will be to the Altamonte location.
