Smitty's Family Restaurant

I sat with my mother and my 2 children (ages 2 and 4) for 25 minutes and no one came to take our order, we asked 3 different waitresses to take our order and they each said they'd go get our server, but she never showed. we left after 25 minutes and complained to management. the server who was supposed to be serving us had the gull to be angry with us for being mad about the situation when it was her who wasn't doing her job.

Smitty's Family Restaurant, Jct. Hwy #1 and #10, Brandon, Manitoba. The service was good, the food was good, staff very good. Managements Customer Relations "stinks", was extremely poor.
Had eaten there about once a week, for the past couple of years, with family and friends, usually in a party of four or six.
Two weeks prior we had dined there, when paying the bill for six, I had a purchased coupon card from a community service club and a "SMITTY'S FATHER's DAY COUPON" for $7.50, the cashier rang in the discount for the coupon card. When I presented the Smitty's coupon, I was told only one discount was allowed and I would have to use it next time. I told her the coupon expired in one week and we wouldn't be back for two weeks, I was told that was fine it would be accepted. Two weeks later we presented the coupon, but were told it had expired. I asked to speak to the Manager, the cashier went to see the Manager and she refused to see me.
We spend about $1500.00 a year at this one restaurant, but will never return to any Smitty's. J.C.
