Manuels Mexican Restaurant

We just ate at the Summerwood location and I was absolutely appalled! The food was absolutely horrible and the service was even worse! After eating just a few bites of our dinner, we put our plates aside – more than 15 minutes went by – then the busboy came over to remove the plates. I asked to speak to the manager, who took another 5-10 minutes to come over to our table. I am sorry but any waiter who was actually waiting their tables should have noticed the plates (which had been moved to the side of the table), should have come over and asked if something was wrong – not the busboy wanting to take the plates away. I had the Manuel’s Special and my girlfriend had the Camarones. I ate the taco (tried a few bites of the other items – I don’t think I would have even fed the food to our dog or our cat); she had one camarones and asked me to taste one because it tasted like dishwater. It was a total waste of time and money.
