Hawaiian Kine Bar-B-Q

I ORDER THROUGHOUT THE LIST TO FIND OUT HOW THE FOOD WAS AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT I FOUND.

THE TERIYAKI CHICKEN IS EXCELLENT. THE RICE NICE AND FLUFFY. THE TERIYAKI SAUCE IS AWESOME. THE RIBS ARE TO DIE FOR.

I AM VERY SPOILED, WHEN IT COMES TO HAWAIIAN FOOD, SINCE I LIVED THERE FOR MANY YEARS!!!!!
FOOD IS VERY EXCELLENT AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE!

THE ONLY OTHER TWO WHO ARE ALSO GOOD IS THE BAMBOO GARDEN OFF OF MACADAMIA AND NO'HOS OF OFF CLINTON! MY ONLY 3 FAVORABLE PLACES.

I really wanted some good Hawaiian food for my birthday dinner and didn't want to take the time to make it myself. My husband and I looked in the phone book and found Hawaiian Kine Bar-b-q so we thought we would try it. HKB is a fast food restaurant that serves Hawaiian style food. While the thought of reasonable prices for Hawaiian food thrilled me initially we were less than thrilled when we received our food. My husband ate his Haupia while we were waiting and it was MARVELOUS! Now we were really looking forward to dinner and many dinners to come. The Kalua pork was moist but didn't have much flavor, the Lomi salmon was made with cooked salmon, my rice didn't come, the Mahi Mahi was mostly breading but very tasty. All in all, we ate and were full but will not be returning to this restaurant unless they put a little more flavor in their food.
