Heritage Pancake House

The food was very good and was a good price for the amount you get. The waitress we had was very nice and willing to alter our order to best suit our needs. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people. Not only do they serve breakfast but they have numerous other items available on their menu which have never been a let down!

This place rocks it is the best family restaurant in town. The complainer with the one star may have written this to favor the competition like the other person even is mentioning other restaurants. Reviews like them are Suspicious. We had the New York Sirloin “Heritage” is a pancake house but they also know how to prepare a tender juice steak everything came on time and the service was great. We will go back anytime to this restaurant. Great Food Great Place Good service

My friends and I come here almost every Sunday! The pancake house has the best breakfast in town and the prices are more than fare. Service is fast and friendly and everyone looks happy to be there. Love this place!!!!!

We had the best most relaxed dinner at the Heritage House! My sister brought me there and I am still craving more of that lasagna, which was homemade! The atmosphere was great, the service was prompt and so friendly! Our server went out of her way to make sure everything was well. My sister ordered the steak and loved it! You can't go wrong with this place, great value and so many homemade dishes to choose from - which is a real treat these days!

I am a big fan of pancake houses in the U.S. Because of the friendly service. But did not get any from this joint. We sat at the table for at least 15 min before we wear even given the menu. The server was very crabby P.M.S queen. But how could you blame her she has likely worked there since 1970. But getting on with my story. I asked her for some water which came to the table in another 10 min. I then asked for the fried chicken. It came in about another 15 min. It looked great then i bit into it. STILL FROZEN how can something that was deep fried for 15 min still be frozen.Any Place that can not fry a piece of chicken seriously needs some help. I am not a person to complain but i told the waitress about it and she took it back.So already being there for almost an hour i was forced to sit and weight for something else on the menu to be cooked.chicken fingers.This place was a joke and needs to be torn down.Canada not a place for the pancake house.

Our Hockey team played in Woodstock last week and we went here for Breakfast. There was a long line up, but we were surprised at how quickly it moved! There was about 30 of us all together (20 of them young restless boys) and the staff did an excellent job accomodating us and dealing with all the seperate bills!

We ordered right away, coffee was always topped up, and our food came out at record speed. My steak was excellent and cooked to perferction. I could tell it was an excellent cut of meat. Good prices, especially good value!

I just wish we had a breakfast place this great in the Toronto area! We cant wait to go back to the Heritage Pancake House!

We love this place! We are new in town and are pleased to find a breakfast place that also has great prices for lunch and dinner!

My wife (who is not always easy to please) ordered eggs benedict and cant wait to go back.

Service was great and smiles were on all the staff faces.

It's a standard breakfast, nothing too fancy, except, when the plate hit the table it was easy over (eggs that is). No problem, waitress took it back and magically appeared in 30 seconds flat with sunnysides. Eggs were greasy (unusual, as we normally go twice a month x 5 years).

Service, well that's a different story. It's lousy (well a certain waitress who we normally get). This time around, a person got skipped when placing orders (He was right in the middle of the group, and no, he was not away in the bathroom or a late commer). Got a coffee refill within the first 3 minutes of having coffee placed on the table (OK we'll give her a gimme, two of our party was there about 10 minutes to the rest of the party). Next refill was 15 minutes later.

Breakfast is breakfast, not much to mess up, it's the service (or lack of) that is killing at this place

The only reason we come here is, it is central in location and has the capacity to seat a group of 6-10, in which we normally have. If you have a smaller group and going for the breakfast, go to Miss Woodstock, Sunshine's or Nick's truck stop

We waited 15 min. before our waitress came to our table. The food was cold when it came. The manager was rude!!!
