Crabby Joes Tap & Grill

I don’t eat out a lot cause I feel like I can do just as good a job at home cooking, but this night we felt lazy so off to dinner we went. We picked a great place. Food was great, in fact my son enjoyed his burger more than the ones at home. Service was very friendly and helpful as my wife wanted something light and couldn’t make up her mind, the server took her time with us and helped make decisions. She recommended the fajitas to my Daughter, and wow what a hit.
After reading a couple of the negative reviews, I don’t know what these people are talking about, cause our meal was perfect. And clearly one of the reviewers doesn't know what he's talking about, cause in Ontario, you can serve alcohol at 18, and drink at 19, so I guess that sums up his review and how factual it can be.

I go to this place a lot. I always sit in the bar area, and I think that Crabby's bartenders are the best in Woodstock (most of the time). The food is always good, but I'd have to say I go in there more for the service. If you go in ask for Beckie, Tracie, or Leigha there the best. The other review I read about TJ doesn't sound like him at all - he is always great and very generous.

I've been going to Crabby's for months now especially for business lunch,reat place to feel relaxed and have a great meal. Service was very friendly and quick. All in all Great place

the food was good as always but i didn't like the server she didn't really notice us a whole lot so we were there for quite a bit and ended up being late for a thing.

I HAVE DINED IN MANY MIDDLE SCALE RESTAURANTS IN MY DAYS, BUT CRABBY JOE'S IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, AND THAT INCLUDED SOME SHADY PLACES IN MEXICO!!! AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES TO HAVE OUR DRINKS ORDERED, WE WAITED ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO HAVE A WAITRESS ASK TO TAKE OUR ORDER WHICH WAS FUNNY SINCE WE HAD YET TO RECIEIVE MENUS. THE FOOD WAS JUST, HOW CAN I PUT THIS....GROSS. STEAK WAS ALL FAT AND OVER OVER COOKED, MY BURGER WAS FLOATING IN SOME KIND OF GRAVEY SAUCE THAT WASN'T MENTIONED IN THE MENUE. I ASKED THE MANAGER TO PICK UP MY BURGER WITH HIS HANDS, AND EVEN HE HAD A DISGUSTING LOOK ON HIS FACE WHEN IT FELL APART IN A HEAP OF GREASE AND BROWN GOO THROUGH HIS FINGERS. WE WERE WITH A PARTY OF 15 PEOPLE AND NOT A SINGLE ONE OF US HAD ANY GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS DUMP!!! TAKE THE LETTER B'S OUT OF CRABBY JOE'S AND REPLACE WITH P'S AND YOU PRETTY MUCH HAVE AN IDEA OF THE FOOD, SERVICE, AND ALL ROUND PUKING EXPERIENCE. NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! BY THE WAY SINCE WHEN IS IT OK TO HAVE 19 YEAR OLD SERVING BOOZE IN A BAR....LIQUER BOARD TIME TO CALL

My husband and I have tried most of the restaurants in Woodstock and have finally found the one! I had the fish and salad to start and Tom had the ribs with a baked potato. Tom had a beer, while I enjoyed the a glass of the complete wine list. The server was realy busy, but still did an amazing job. It was a great time and we will become regulars.

I went into Crabby Joe's Woodstock with my friend. We waited at least 10 minutes until somebody actually acknowleged us. The restaurant was NOT busy at the time. We asked to be seated outstide. We ordered 2 martini's they came and then i ordered the club house and my friend ordered a chicken ceaser salad. We drank our drinks. The food came we looked at it, my clubhouse was small and had this meat on it that they called "chicken" it was actually lunchmeat. The price on the menu was 9 something and there was NO WAY i was paying close to 10 dollars for a small sandwhich that is supposed to have real chicken on it and has lunchmeat on it instead. My friends ceaser salad had very little dressing on it. I told the waitress there was no way i was paying for this i didn't even take a bite of it. It looked disgusting. She went and got the manager. His name is TJ. This manager has no people skills whatsoever. He told me we had to pay for the lunch and I say no way we haven't touched the food we will pay for the drinks we drank and we would go down the street to Charles Dickens where we know we will get good food and a real clubhouse. He argued with me and then went inside my friend and I put our money on the table 5 dollar bill and 2 toonies and a loonie for our drinks. (martini's were on for 4 dollars that day) and we walked down the street to the other restaurant. I am a returning customer at the other restaurant i eat there all the time. The next thing i knew the manager TJ showed up at the restaurant harassing my friend and I telling me im a liar and saying that we had made a deal which is crap. He told me this establishement didn't sell real meat either. Thing is I eat there all the time, I showed him a clubhouse the women was eating beside me and said "now that's a clubhouse" He told me we did not have the money on the table he argued with me and told me there was only 5 dollars there. I don't know if the waitress took the toonies and loonie but he was calling a customer a liar. I told him i would be getting in touch with head office of Crabby Joe's (which im doing) to report him. Can you believe this. I didn't. So much for customer relations at Crabby Joe's in Woodstock. He didn't even offer us a gift certificate or anything. That's fine though when you treat a customer like this word gets around. I will NEVER step foot in woodstock Crabby Joe's again.

i went to crabby's on wing day and they didn't even bother giving me a menu, they assumed i wanted wings...then i had to wait for half an hour before our waitress even asked if we needed the bill. mind you, it was busy, and she was very nice and polite.

A group of us went out bar hopping for green beer and appetizers for St. Patrick's day. Crabby Joe's was packed. People could barely move. The service was a little slow but considering the amount of customers.....I feel the servers did an exceptional job.
We frequent this establishment quite often. The service is "usually" amazing. The servers/manager are always fun and very accomodating. The food is always excellent. It is an awesome place to go for lunch, dinner or just a casual night out with a group of friends for some beer and wings.

It was a very fun night. Our Server Laura was amazing. Every thing was on time. she made us feel very welcome. I would most Definitely come back again and i would like to have the same server.I give you 5 ***** Stars. it was a young . I felt like I was part of the family, Thank you very Much Crabby Joes!
