Teka Sushi Bar

My wife and I had a wonderful meal! Definitely recommend the Ahi Tuna! I can't wait to go back and try some more!For the quality/quantity of food we received the price was excellent!

Who knew a sushi bar would have the best lamb chops and veal chop in the city. It is fairly priced for the food & service and may not eat any where else in this city again. Great wine selection and everything is home made. YUM! Servers are very knowledgable and helpful, a great date place or a cool place too just hang with friends, decor is wonderful, you do not feel like you are in Windsor. Koodles to the owner and the Teka team.

Tempura mushroom rolls are great! Tuna tartar is the best. Crab cakes were recently changed, still good but better before. Edamame hummus is fantastic. Caker roll is great. Appetizers are always to die for...entrees are so so. Molten Lava Cake is amazing. Service can sometimes be slow, but this visit was great.

I ordered the spicy boston and had the masi soup as a starter. Both items were unbelievably good. I would definitly order it again. My wife and her sister split an order of Sampler for 1. This was a suggestion from the waitress and she couldn't have been more accurate with their likes. My brother inlaw ordered the corky and he mentioned that he would order that again. The waitress also assisted with our wine order - Stump Jump. She was extremely helpfull and I know the four of us would return again very soon.

* The food is good enough (The sushi is well done but the Pad Thai is soggy and tasteless)
* Unless you get the all-you-can-eat sushi Teka is WAY overpriced. There are very few tasty low-cost entree alternatives. For example, the teriyaki steak is $30.
* The hostesses aren't very friendly

Friends and I attend this restaurant all the time ... birthdays, christmas parties, etc and we have yet to have anything bad with regards to the whole experience. The service is amazing, actually last time I had a large group, the manager came and brought over a soki bomb to end our night. I can't say enough about the food, other than it's fantastic and I eat with a bunch of picky girls who like to change the menu some times and it is never a problem. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone... It's an overall grat experience

I loooove this place, I've been going here with my friends and the food is awesome. A bit pricey but well worth it and they use real crab not the immitation stuff. Gets a bit noisy but a great place to spend some time.
