Gilligan's (Walker)

I love when restaurants put ME in control of how much meat I want to eat, I love eating a 1lb burger, It hits the spot... i know your body cant process that much protein at once. But i take that as a challenge :)

Im always STUFFED after eating here. They also got that zesty/tangy bbq sauce you can put on your fries if your feeling adventurous!

My gf loves Spinach dip. She has probably ordered spinach dip at 30 different restaurants, She claims this place by far has the BEST dip!

ps - they have an 8oz and 16oz option for every burger... the way it should be

The burgers are incredible, very unique choices. Good, timely service. Pleasant atmosphere. Locally owned and opperated. The drinks were rediculously over priced. Would deffinetly come again.

I've been to Gilligan's three times, and I've never been unhappy or left hungry. The portions are huge and their service is great.

I highly suggest the Coney Island Buffalo burger, and their Jack Daniel's ribs. Delicious!

My buddy and I drove from Toronto to go watch a tiger's game and stopped at a gas station to fill up. We asked the clerk where we should go to eat and he suggested this place. We decided to stop in. We waited 15 minutes to be seated but it was worth it. I had the best burger of my life and some great service. Keep up the great work. When are you guys coming to Toronto?
PS bring some gill sauce.

I am pretty tolerant, but when there are only a few tables occupied, and adequate wait staff chit-chatting amongst each other behind the bar, some things are not forgiveable. We sat at the far side away from the bar by the wall and you know what they say - out of sight, out of mind. We saw our waitress when she took our order, served our food, and then when she finally noticed we were done eating and playing with our forks and knives for some time, she brings our bill and has the nerve to ask if everything was alright. Clueless. An offer of a drink refill half an hour ago would have been nice maybe? We live in Walkerville and go to Tecumseh when we are in the mood for Gilligan's great burgers. This was the last straw for me at the Walker road location.

WAY overpriced. A soda was $3 - We spent $12 on soda. Food was ordinary and the service - nothing special. I wouldn't waste my time here again.

Outrageously priced. Service was so-so, food was nothing special. Almost $3 for a pop. Absolute crap.

The food, as always, was tasty and filling. The service was dismal. Our waitress was friendly and took our order promptly but we never saw her again untill we paid the bill. We had a table clearer finally help us get more drinks and the other waiter had no idea where our waitress had gotten to. The low tip seemed to piss her off but I was trying to make a point.
How can a place that have wonderful food employ inept people to serve it??

Been coming to this place for years since I only live few blocks away. Had a terrible service this evening, waitress ignored us througout the entire dinner, walked few time by without even asking if all was fine. Perhaps because I was there with a teenager and only ordered 1 meal?
