Bamboo Catering Co

We ate at Bamboo for the first time last Saturday, and from the food was as spectacular as the view!! Moms spring rolls were EXCELLENT as were the escargot. Bubba Chicken and the steak (done to perfection, I might add) were also very good. Chef Anthony is a true delight!! Don't ever hang up your apron Anthony!!!

I absolutely love this restaurant!! Its located by the water with a great view and you can always stop by the art museum before or afterwards or go directly downtown for the night. Plus the Chef Anthony is amazing, no matter what you have to try his mashed potatoes, although everything is good.

Most definately one of my favourite restaurants.

Wonderful view of the Detroit Skyline. Anthony is a fabulous chef. I have been overjoyed by the food on 3 of the 4 occasions we ate here. Nice decor. Friendy service - we had no problem with the wait staff.

We went once on a Wed. night when Anthony was not in the kitchen, and were a bit disappointed that our meals seemed to be just a bit less impressive.

If this is the restaurant located in the art gallery (wasn''t called Bamboo "Catering"), then this is the worst dining experience any of us have ever had.

The service was extremely slow and there was only a couple of other tables seated. Also very poor service - the waitress left our table in the middle of writing down our order because another table was seated and she went to give them menus.

Food may have been delicious, however we didn''t get a chance to try any of it.
