We've been here only once, but it was a good experience so we'll be back. We opted for the all-you-can-eat and thought it was a good choice. Plenty to choose from (more than similar places in the area) from both the sushi bar and the kitchen. The pork cutlet donburi was enough to win me over, but the sweet potato tempura and chicken karaga were also done right (nice and crispy). If you order the karaga, make sure to ask for some wedges of lemon to drizzle on it, or use the vinegar dipping sauce used for the gyoza. My wife really enjoyed the sushi pizza as well. Nice that soft drinks are also part of the buffet (don't think I've seen that anywhere else apart from, say, the Mandarin). The only complaint was that some of the staff could've been... warmer.

I find them to use way too much mayo in their specialty rolls. I understand this enables them to add less of the more expensive ingredients like fish etc but found it made the food taste very much like mayonnaise. I have had much better sushi elsewhere
- Order: Specialty Rolls, Red Dragon Rolls, Spicy Salmon Rolls and more

I've been going there for the last couple years, and I thoroughly enjoy the food. I compare it to other sushi places I've been to, but i drive to Whitby from Toronto to have sushi here. The rolls are awesome, the best edimame (fresh, hot, salted just enough), all the food is very fresh and good quality. Spicy Salmon Maki, Sweet potato tempura Maki are my favourites..sushi pizza is goood too!!:)

we like the food there but unfortunately when we asked if still in time for lunch we got a "nod" but when the bill came it was dinner pricing and then we were informed that we arrived 3:10 and lunch ends at 3:00, dinner starts at 3:01 so instead of $25 for two it was $45 for two...they should have it posted somewhere in the restaurant

Despite this restaurant having changed names (and perhaps owners) numerous times, the food continues to be fresh and delicious. For anyone feeling adventurous and having never had sushi, try this place. For a set price you can sample and nibble on a ton of things, ordering more of what you like. The service is good - not overly chatty but seem to anticipate your needs fairly well. Having been to all of the sushi restuarants in Whitby, this is the one that I've returned more than any other.
