Don't sit in the booth by the kitchen.
Very distracting as the loud birthday gang comes out of the door at least 4 times when we were there. The food was great and didn't have to ask for refills on drinks, etc.

Awesome food with great service and friendly management. We were greeted and seated and the waitress took our drink order and then our food and we did not have to wait long. The order was perfect and all my friends enjoyed and surely we would return to visit especially when a game is on.

We enjoyed the meal. Service was excellent. Friendly staff. Glad we came in early as there was a line up to get a table (as always).

We shall be back.

This food was horrible. Sold out of what we wanted. Others were served before us who arrived after. forgot things like utensils-which we had to ASK for. My daughter did not get the drink she ordered. Appetizer came after entre. My son did not get his salad. Waitress asked us why our food was bad but said she would not tell the chef as "he was big and scarey" ps there is CINNAMON in the suicide wings how disgusting is that?

It was fantastic! My family and I went for my birthday and the atmosphere was great, the waitress was very attentive and efficient. We had a great time. The birthday song with the horns was a bit embarrassing but my kids got a kick out of it! :)

We will definitely be going back, we were very impressed with everything.

No comment should have know better then to eat at a franchise.

The food was great once the order was corrected. They forgot the shrimp and the butter for the potatoes - minor distraction but still should have not been missed.
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere at a fair price.

I was given a gift certificate and tried the rib steak. Very nice. Good service, not rushed but not slow. Relaxed atmosphere. I will return.

Waited at the front for someone to seat us for atleast 5 minutes, once order was placed, asked for half chicken half steak fajitas, when the food came it was only chicken, not a big deal ate it anyway, only 4 tortillas between 2 people, which dident even take up a quater of the fillings, waited atleast 10-15 minutes for the server to come back to get more tortillas, by this time the food was cold, got the bill and left, horrible service, it was us and another group of 4 people, so this is no excuse

I would like to state that this was, honestly, the best steak that I have ever ate. It was cooked to perfection, the serving size was definitely enough but not too much, and the flavour was indescribable. I have never given any review to a restraunt as I have this one. The rest of the meal was impecable and the service was great. My friend was also very impressed with his meal and stated that this wsa the best steak that he had ever had. I have recommended Montana's (Whitby location) to all of my friends and colleagues at work along with my family. I would definitely recommend this restraunt to anyone. I would also like to note that the manager, Shane James, came to our table and was very courteous, respectful, genuine, and attentive to our needs.
