Kelsey's Restaurant

I ordered a veggie nacho since I am a vegetarian as my main course. It arrived and I ate about half of it to discover that I had shrimp legs in my nachos. I found a few of things under the chips and cheese. I brought this to my waitress's attention and said oops sorry. This is not an ooops sorry situation since this is the part of the shrimp that you toss away. Supposedly the dish that they toss out things like this was next to the chip bowl. What else was in my chip bowl that I didn't discover? never again could I go back there.

My husband & I arrived around 1:30 p.m. for a late lunch and we were served by Tim Stolte. Aside from our very tasteful and well presented meal, I have to say that the icing on the cake was the service that we received from Tim. I should mention that I am a frequent customer to this particular restaurant and It has been my personal experience to have been, for the most part, lucky enough to have been served by Tim. He is a delightful person who obviously loves his job. I have NEVER once seen this man in an off-beat mood .... on the contrary, he has always been a delight. He never gets the order wrong; he always comes back to ensure everything is to our taste; he is ALWAYS smiling; entertaining and makes the dining experience
a memorable one. Kudos to Tim .... every restaurant should have a TIM!!!

Tim is the best Julie should give him a raise.

Came in today for my birthday dinner. Food was pretty good. My mom got shrimp pasta which she said was good but they use canned mushrooms which grossed her out a bit. My quessadilla was soggy but everybody else liked their food.
They brought me a free cake which was very good but they didn't sing to me.

An excellent lunch. Waiter was great(Rob) Service was very quick. And food was awesome.
Will go again.

Generally dependable, no surprises. Typical for a big chain.

Standard chain restaurant really. good food, good service. does the job, but nothing memerable really! A lot better then the other chains(East Sides/Caseys)!

My boyfriend and I have been dining at Kelseys in Whitby for about a year now. The reason we keep coming back is the fantastic food but most of all, the service. The staff in the bar are great. They make our dining experience there alot of fun. Thanks so much to Rachel and Chris for makeing Kelseys our number 1 restaurant. See you soon.
