Jet Garden

I have moved a couple times and always found it difficult to find a Chinese Restaurant with good tasting chinese food. I found Jet Garden based a referral from someone I know and would not try another Chinese Restaurant. Delicious food and fast service. It seems like a family run business. Yes when ordering their english is a little broken, they are honest and appreciate their customers. The woman that delivers remembers who you are and your order over time. It is nice when you know that your business is valued.

We absolutely love Jet Garden. Delicious hot food at a reasonable price and quick. I usually pick up the order on my way home from work. Dinner for four feeds six with extra for lunch the next day. Great value! Service is great as well. Never had a problem.

Well, the food was pretty good, the serice was good I guess, hoever the lack of knowledge for english was very difficult when ordering. The reason I gave an overall of 4, was because when I was eating one of the orders of chicken balls, I bit into a STAPLE! I was turned off my food, and through it out! I have been going here for years, and suddenly theres a staple in my food. I don't recommend the chicken balls. And that a health and safety inspector please check them out. I agree with Steve Jones. Clint Andrews is a angry disgruntled old man. The food is excellent.

We have been ordering from this restaurant for years and wouldn't consider ordering elsewhere. The food has always been good quality. This food rivals the chinese food I used to get in downtown Toronto. I highly recommend this restaurant. Regarding the language, I imagine it's hard for them to understand us as well. I find patience and good humour go a long way.

As another reviewer wrote, we also recently moved from Toronto, and this rivals our favourites from there. We have tried a few others, with unfavourable results, so keep coming back to Jet Garden.

Wow! Very impressed! We just moved to Whitby from downtown Toronto and were looking for a replacement of our "ol' faithful" Chinese delivery restaurant. Jet Garden was courteous, the price was right, and the food was fabulous! Lemon Chicken was top notch (and from an earlier review we read to try the spring rolls -- you were right!! They're fantastic!). A couple complaints about the person on the phone's ability to speak English ... we must not have had that person as the kind sir who answered the line for us was very courteous and even offered selection advise as we were ordering sans menu (we just moved here). Highly recommended! And great site - this is how we found Jet Garden.

Good Food

The flavour was absolutely discusting. Everything seemed to have a fishy taste to it and this was not good as we're allergic to fish, seafood and crustations. It was tossed out immediately.

We've been using this restaurant for several years and found their selection, quality and delivery very good. Usually, we drop in to order and give a time for delivery. They have always delivered on time and the food is fresh and hot. A real treat (try the spring rolls - you won't be disappointed)!
