The best gelato in Waterloo.
Lots of classic flavours, and friendly staff - often with continuous smiles. The few seats out front are rarely empty on a hot day. Lots of ice-cream for very little price.

Great coffee (I had a double long americano), amazing gelato, nice decor.
Sat in the comfy chairs by the front window.
Counter staff were very friendly.

I've never eaten a meal here, but I can definitely vouch for the quality of their gelata, and especially the HOT GELATA. Mmm.... it's gelato with steamed milk, so turned into a hot chocolate or coffee-like drink. You can get it with or without a shot of espresso, and in any of the flavours of gelato they have. I want one just thinking about it. :D They're more than $5 each, which is a bit pricey from my perspective for a drink, but so good that it's worth it at least once a month.
