Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Slowest service anywhere in this 'fast food' dive.. Portions have shrunk to barely a few mouthfuls of chicken so you are forced to buy the larger meal. Overpriced, over salted, cold anemic pale fries, with an odd taste. Everything is extra. A single salad would have added approx $5. to the bill. The so called dinner rolls are as hard and inedible as rocks. We waited so long to have our order taken, it was finally done by the hostess. The place was almost empty, yet three servers stood around counting tips and talking while we waited. Tired dingy decor.

Terribly greasy, small portions of chicken and slower-than-average service. Waitresses are not friendly and always appear completely frazzled. I would never eat here again; I would rather save my $ and go to KFC for a fraction of the price. That's gotta say something!! :P

I've been to many a Swiss Chalet and I have to say this one is a little on the sad side. Not too bad but not great. The food could be a lot better for what SC is. I have found that more often than not that the chicken is on the dry side and their quesadillas are nothing to be proud of.

Had the chicken on a kaiser. Good stuff. A lot of bun and not much chicken though. Fries were cold after the delivery.

The service here is excellent and their food quality is great. The restaurant was packed (about 250 people) when we were seated. Had to wait in line for about 30 minutes (Saturday evening) but it was worth the wait. Our food came reasonably quick after we ordered and it was delicious. Definitely a great place to take people!

Swiss Chalet is decent for the price and does what it advertises: OK food at a reasonable price. I have been to Swiss Chalet before and the chicken has been decent.

We had the Christmas dinner special delivered so I will not complain about the service, it was adequate.

The food was nice and the after dinner chocolates were a sweet treat. Convenient when you are to lazy to cook and you would like some poultry. The portion was large so everyone in my company felt adequatly stuffed.

Not bad. Good price. I will order again sometime near Christmas when I am too lazy to cook. Better than most restaurant chains that I have patroned.

I have always had good impression of Swiss Chalet, but this time their chicken felt too dry and overall wasn't a pleasing meal

But I did have their chicken+rib combo 2 weeks later, and it's quite good & filling

I still like their Shirley Temple drink, and the free Lindt's chocolate

Love the franchise. The chicken is great and the service is above average. The atmosphere can be loud depending on groups around your table, but overall a great place to go with friends or family.
