Nice atmosphere. Coffee puts Starbucks to shame. Iced coffee has coffee ice cubes, so you get your money's worth. Tasty pastries, super soups. I am a regular.

I visit here quite often, so I must be biased.
Aroma makes the best Lattes and Cappucinno's in K-W for pure taste in my opinion (Whole Latta Gellata, Matter of Taste (best foam/latte art) Williams, Starbucks). They also make excellent plunge coffees (I don't recommend the drip carafe coffee.) Also their muffins and scones are very good.
Orders are taken at the counter and food is brought out to your table. You can sit out in the atrium and take in some natural light with concern for the weather.
The staff is friendly and attentive.

Great food - The sweet potato sandwich is great and they always have an excellent soup of the day! Excellent coffee and tea.
Good service too.
