Mr Greenjeans Restaurant

The waiter was very quick at taking our orders but when it came to actually returning to our table, it seems as if he completely forgot about us and some of the elements of our order. Another waitress dropped a bowl of chicken wings and the sauce splattered onto another customer's white shirt without his noticing, the waitress attempted to just walk away. Luckily, another customer intercepted and brought it to her attention. Finally had to physically find a waiter for our bill, which was incorrect. Had to physically find him AGAIN to fix.

Absolute worst service that I have ever received. The young man that was SUPPOSED to be serving us had no interest in serving us or any one else. When he finally took our order and brought it back to us two of the four entrees were wrong, the appetizers were missing and one of us is still waiting for our drink. The food was cold and the buffalo chips were very overcooked. After we finished eating what was salvageable we waited 45 minutes for the waiter to come around in order to get our check. Finally we flagged down another waiter who was more than happy to help us.

The half-pizzas were thin and floppy but tasted good. The Chicken Vegetable soup was good. Lunch specials were overpriced for the value. Dessert was another matter, though, as all of the desserts were expensive but wonderful. I'd recommend them for the desserts but not the lunch specials.

This is the worst service i have every gotten in my life.I dont even know where to begin .
I guess ill start from the beginning , we had to wait a bit about 20 min that wouldnt have been so bad, but when we were being led to our tables the restaurant wasnt even full or close to half full. Alot of the staff were just standing around talking. It took us about another 20 min to Order our drinks and another 15 to actually get it.

After we placed our food orders, we had to wait about over an hour for our food. We hadnt reliesed we had to waited so long until one of us checked our phones and relieased the time, since we were busy talking and noticed other tables mumbling about slow service .
Our server had disappreared or sumthing because 20 min in waiting for our food we had to go looking for her to ask her about the wait.. (couldnt find her) 40 min later she walks by our table, we had to call her over to ask her about our food, she said that since it was friday food always comes out slow , I had mention that tables that came after had gotten their food before us. she then processed to tell me that if you wanted your food in a (timely) matter you had to order sandwiches or burgers, and because i had order the pork tenderlion it would take longer. i told her since my friends all had order bugers/sandwiches to serve them their foods first then. since it was unfair for them to starve because of me. She said she would check on their foods. She then was gone for another 20 mins without returning and we could not see her at all ( we were sitting in area where its easy to see most of the restaurant) .
After another 15- 20 min we found another waitress and asked if she could check on our server and and tell her if our food wasnt here like now we were going to leave and withing 2 min our foods came out and to make matters worse the food was cold but we couldnt be bother to send it back since it would be the next day since we get our food. the food tasted bland to ok.
then we waited to get our bill waited about another 30-40 min to try to get change.

after we met up with a few friends and were discussing our experience. they had all mention similar stories too.

never again.........will i eat there

Average food, slightly below average service. The server never came to our table to ask if we needed anything more (ie. refills). The food was overpriced too.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE FOOD HERE TO ANYBODY JUST BECAUSE OF WHAT I WITNESSED WHEN DUANE DROPPED A COCO. SHRIMP ON THE DIRTY FLOOR AND PLACED IT BACK ON THE PLATE!!!!!!!! NO THANK U
