It could have been a great salad, but the candied pecans were stale.
Since when do Italians use cheddar cheese on chicken or veal parmiggiana?!!!! And orange cheddar to boot.
The tiramisu tasted days old. And there was hardly any coffee liquor in it.
What a dissapointment!!!! And I'm very sorry to say that. I was really hoping for another Italian restaurant to go to when down in the Beaches. - Order: insalata grande, chicken parmiggiana, tiramisu.

Ci Vediamo is a hit! Wonderful service and a very warm ambience. I really liked the comfortable chairs. We had a great time and the food was spectacular.
We tried the calamari and I had the Penne with Spicy Sausage. The all time best dessert has to be the Adult Brownie!!!! It's a brownie with vanilla ice cream drizzled with Bailey's Irish Cream.
Thank you to the server who made our night very special! I would definitely go back! - Order: Calamari, Penne Spicy Sausage, Adult Brownie

Went in for a friend's birthday. It's the second time I 've been here already and Service has always been great -not over bearing. Food was delicious- loved the Funghi salad! The Rack of lamb was cooked perfectly and I just couldn't believe that it only cost $22!! The server told us the desserts are home made and we could really tell from the lemon Cheese cake- never had better.

Disgusting food, mediocre service
Our food took ages to arrive. We were given some stale bread with oil and vinegar to start. Our appetizers came and they were fine, other than the fact that the cheese and tomatoes had toppled off our bruschetta and we had to pick them off the plate.
Not sure if this is normal, but the lemon wedge on my drink seemed to be disintegrating and had a slimey feel. Fortunately the lime wedge on my friend's drink was pretty good.
Our wine glasses were filthy. I don't mind a fingerprint here and there but these were truly gross. Soap scum (I HOPE that's what it was!) and wine really do not mix.
Two of our main dishes were cold, one was very hot including the plate - we assumed it was stuck under broiler and reheated. The sauces on our meals were congealing by the time they got to us.
Pasta servings were generous ... too bad they were tasteless. My seafood pasta was so oily and flavourless I half-wondered if the sauce was made of crisco. My friend's pizza was okay, other than the fact that it was cold.
The servers seemed to be rushed. I felt stressed out watching them! The place felt like it was understaffed even though it was not even half-filled to capacity.
The owner seemed to be lounging unhelpfully by the bar. When we asked her a question about wine she admitted she did not drink it and knew nothing about it. I wondered whether she should be running a restaurant that makes most of its money (presumably) off of wine sales.
Would have been helpful to have someone knowlegeable to talk to, but it doesn't really matter as we will not be going back.
I feel bad writing this review because I used to enjoy this place. Too bad the new owners have run it into the ground!

My girlfriend and I waited for over an hour for our entrees to arrive. The waiter kept saying how it was extremely busy that night, but it didn't look very busy as half the tables in the upper dining area were empty. We had only bread and a very uninspiring salad to keep us busy during this time. We kept telling ourselves "the pasta better be REALLY good."
Well, it wasn't. Mine was slightly undercooked with an unexceptional sauce and my girlfriend was not particularly impressed with hers.
We live very close by this restaurant but it's very unlikely that we will be visiting them again.

This WAS a great restaurant, and we have eaten there many times, but it has changed management and although the menu is the same, only less selection, the food is nowhere near as good.
It was also far less busy than normal - I guess we are not the only ones to notice the change.
What a shame.

One of me and my families favourite places to go in the beach, and in toronto at all. We stop in as much as possible and a 1 hour dinner can turn into a 5 hour ordeal simply because of the talk and the fun provided by the waitress staff. They are helpful friendly and all attractive personality and physically. The environment is nice and relaxing and the upstairs view from the window tables is to die for.
- Order: Had a huge desire for a specific dish (chicken sandwich) that wasn't on the dinner meal but the hostess made a special order which was very nice.

I've been to many Italian restaurants in Toronto. This by far was the worst ever. I never felt so "ripped off" in my life. The pan sheared scallops came boiled and cold. Not to mention the menu says " 6 PAN SHEARD SCALLLOPS", 4 came to the table the waiter said they were big, and that's why I'd get 4 scallops. The evening moved on very slow. The ambiance was bland and boring. When the main dishes came I couldn't help but laugh. The shrimp that came on my fish pasta, (del Mare) were popcorn shrimp out of a can. The sauce was terrible. This was hands down the resurant I've been to in Canada, if not the world.
- Order: We had an appetizer of pan sheared scallops. Bottle of house wine, 2 main dishes. ! was chicken Alfredo, and the other was pasta DE mare. (fish)
