Butler's Pantry

I am a past employee & I want everyone to know that they redistribute the leftover house dressing from each table. Meaning you get contaminated salad dressing whenever you eat there & especially when you order take-out. It is either put back in the jug by the bar or in an empty water jug in the kitchen.

I used to frequent this location often, but eventually moved out of the neighbourhood. We use to rave about this restaurant for its great food, friendly service, low price and awesome neighbourhood. But, upon recently returning, it seems things have changed drastically. First time back, food was decent but service was slow/no existant. Second time back, service was actually non-existant. Upon arriving, we asked where to sit, then waited 15 minutes, when we actually had to walk over to the three people sitting behind the counter to ask if we could order drinks. Waited another 20 minutes and never got our drinks, so frustrated, just walked out to a great sports bar down the street (Tipsy McStaggers) We haven't been back in about a year and not sure if we would even bother.

We were horrified that each table around us was served as we watched and waited. When we questioned the situation, we were told that our order had been lost and that it was the fault of the "technology." When we expressed irritation over this, the waitress became arrogant and snarky. There was no manager or owner to help us. Since we needed to leave, we were told we would not have to pay for our drinks, but then we DID have to pay! This restaurant was highly recommended to us so we were terribly disappointed.
AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
