Aris Place

Me and my family went to Aris Place today as we do like twice a week and it came to our knowledge that our favourite waitress Jenn is no longer there! for the past 2 years that we have been there we have got good food but great service. Jenn was fast and funny and always had a smile on her face and always took the time to talk to us and make us feel comfortable. The servers that served us today where just in a rush and seemed like they didnt care if we where there or not!

It was our server's 2nd day and she was pleasant and unruffled; just fabulous with our 3-yr old.

Food is simple. Menu is extensive, but could use more non-meat items.

I've never ate a bad thing at good ol' Aris. The only thing I would ever suggest is to add some more vegetables to your menu (for those of use who like to eat more healthy). The food is always great any time of day. Your greek salad is the best. Vege burger is average (the patty). Breakfast is always incredible. The service is personal, and friendly. Worth the wait in the line up that is ever present Sunday mornings.

Woke up late one morning for work. Usually I dine in but no time today and i Couldn't miss my daily breakfast before heading to the office. so i Called ahead for my usual bacon/egg/and cheese sandwich. so fast!!!! So convenient!! thanks guys for another great breakfast :)

'kitchen away from home' Thats what my friends and i thought while finishing up or meals . All 3 of us orderd the MEGA BREAKFAST -INCLUDES-2 EGGS,2 SAUSAGES,2 STRIPS OF TASTY BACON,2 PC PANCAKES, HOMEFRIES AND TOAST. They say breakfast should be the BIGGEST meal of your day so 'why not MEGA size it'. I cant remember the last time the 3 of us had breakfast for under $25, What a price diffrence from the last area that i lived in (DOWNTOWN). GREAT PRICING!!!!!!GREAT FOOD!!!!

The special was only 9 dollars. The steak was very good, not a work of art, but good. The special includes soup, salad, garlic bread, potatoes and some sort of vegetable side.
It was an incredibly good value. I've been there several times. The servers are always nice, as are the kitchen staff.
If you want plain good food without the bells and whistles, Aris is the place.
Go there happy, and leave happy.

A great breakfast out - ample portions, extremely fresh ingredients, everything cooked to perfection, great coffee, service with a charming smile, pleasant surroundings. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, reasonable prices too. We'll be back.

The Aris Special Cut Steak, with french fries and gravy was cooked to
perfection and very tasty! Followed up by a cold TYSKIE at very reasonable price, that was
all enjoyed in an atmosphere so very nice, this was a dinner to
remember for the very reason that i went and still go to aris
place...the service! The servers name is Carla, and she is amazing, i
only go when she is working and am never ever disappointed. From her
smile to her friendly personality, she is worth the visit regardless
where you live in the GTA.

We were regulars at this restaurant for years and valued the diner meals at reasonable prices. However, one evening I was served battered fish that looked obviously bad. We brought it to the attention of the waitress, who brought it to the attention of the cooker (the son of the owner), who adamently refuted our concern. He was unapologetic and rude...insisting that there was nothing wrong with what appeared to me to be a piece of fish that had turned black. I was charged for the meal in full.... not wanting a confrontation I paid for the meal and left.

This is my food stop restaurants. The food is great, and the service is excellent too. I've hunted for the best breakfast,lunch and dinner in toronto westend, and on weekends, aris place wins. Quick to get into and out of,very far pricing, good coffee and the servers are allways at your need. Dinners are as good, and the portions are exceptionally large. I would say they have the best food listed on there menu. And if u can't decide on what to eat from looking at the menu which most people have problems doing. They offer helpfull ideas. Monday through sunday they have a speacial board of 4 items that change daily. All 4 items include the soup of the day (homemade), coffee or tea. WOW
