The Copper Mug

The Copper mug is definitely one of the best pub style restaurants I have ever been to. The food is phenomenal and the prices are quite reasonable. The service can be a bit slow from time to time but any restaurant can have a bad day. I would recommend eating here to anyone and everyone! Try the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken (lots of cheese comes on it), the appetizer party platter, perogies...anything really, I have yet to be disappointed.

Love the mug. lived in tillsonburg for years and do miss the mug. Pub perogies are out of this world

Now that no smoking is a given in Ontario, the Copper Mug has become one of the better places to eat and drink. Tastier and better price menu than Kelseys. Good service, nice atmosphere. Free movie theatre popcorn, trivia, big screen TV and perfectly lit makes this a cozy place to hang out. Lunch is great here as well.

Great food, absolutly fantastic service, relaxed atmosphere...what more could you ask for in a bar/grill

first of all the date and the amount of people is incorect,I go to this place all the time,with friends, and dates, and sometimes my wife, this restaurant/ Grill house is great!, the owners of this place are great people,wish I could see them there more often.
great food, service is o.k to, the only thing that will make this place better is the no smoking, that will take place soon.

Food and Service is good, but the smell of stale smoke and the odor it leaves on clothing is a negative. Better ventilation is a must.

This restaurant is in my opinion not a good place to go for food, for a drink maybe, but not for food.

I went to this restaurant with a date and we waited 45min to get our appetizers, I ordered garlic bread with cheese and we also had salads with our meals, I had a steak sandwich and my date I cant remember.. after 45min of waiting for our meals the waitress told me that the kitchen forgot to make my meal and they would have it right out, my date had her meal so we waited another 30 min for mine to come by this time my date was done eating and my meal just showed up.. I was so hungry all i wanted to do was eat the steak sandwich (that must be good it took over an hour to get)... but it was so full of grizzel that I could not bite a piece off of it. I then told my waitress that we would be leaving now and she then asked if there was something wrong... I laughed and walked out the door without paying.. I will never be back to this resturant in my life..

This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The Copper Mug is a comfortable,homey and cozy place, with great food and friendly service!! I will definitely visit again!

This being the 3rd time in a month we have dined here on a Saturday evening,again, not disappointed with the food or service.
The servings never leave you wanting for more,in fact be prepared to take home a doggie bag.
Hint - the Adiago cheese & black olive appetizers are wonderful.

THE COPPER MUG IN TILLSONBURG IS A WARM, COZY, AT-HOME PUB THAT REMINDS ME A LOT OF CHEERS.
THE WAIT STAFF MADE US FEEL SO AT HOME, I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED DINING CARE LIKE THAT BEFORE!
WE WILL BE SURE TO VISIT AGAIN AND AGAIN.
