this restaurant needs to be reopened or torn down. Its becoming an eye sore and has been for sale for over a decade now. I heard its available for 1/2 a mil. Too much for a most likly rat infested restaurant. Exspecially in Stratford were we already have like 10,000 restaurants.

This Resturant has been closed for years. The gentleman that ownes this resturant wants a $250,000 deposit on top of you renovating the resturant. He must think you are stupid, if you had a $250,000 deposit, would you not buy the building. Paying property taxes on a vacant building must be nice
