Bella Jacks

Rob & Diane and staff make Bella Jacks everything that it is. I can't believe anyone could write a bad review about this restaurant. Not only do we visit atleast monthly, we also have our staff Christmas party at Bella Jacks where they treat us like family. I think I have had just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Fair price for great food. Elgin Chrysler loves Bella Jacks!

After reading a couple of the reviews I was a bit skeptical. Wow was I impressed. This place was fantastic. The service was lightning quick and they were very friendly. We will be back again for sure. Very well done.

Extremely long wait, much longer then the hosts said. Sat at bar for more then an hour, unfortunately bar atmosphere wasn't very friendly, staff behind bar seemed stressed and anti-social. Drinks were fantastic and food was almost worth the wait. Staff should work on social skills.

Best restaurant in st-thomas. Very busy, but always fun having a great margarita at the bar while you wait. Food is awesome and priced very reasonably. Service is quick and friendly. Can't wait to go back.

I often come here for supper. It's fairly priced, the staff are attentive, and I'm absolutely addicted to their seafood chimis! The service is usually pretty quick, and the place itself is nice and quaint and small.

Lets face it when non-mexican people try to do mexican or copy from other mexican restaurants they just don't do it the right way. Decor is not bad, but can easily be marked as they were trying to hard to be mexican than actually doing it. The Food is just ok - you can tell when a cook takes short cuts in preparing the menu. Waiters and Waitress seemed very stressed rushing around disorderly, but polite. We can all say the you get what you pay for. The price reflects exactly what you get - below average Mexican food - If we can give any advise to the restaurant - organize yourselves and get some mexican expertise in the door - Your food health and safety practices need to be reviewed, most small town restaurant kitchens can get pretty nasty. Bella Jack's consistently delivers good food served fast in a comfortable atmosphere. My wife and I moved to St. Thomas recently and were happy to find a local Mexican place that served authentic fare at very reasonable prices. Rob and Diane are fantastic hosts, and we are always made to feel at home. Portion sizes are just right, and that is reflected in the price. The Sangria is excellent, according to my wife. Try Bella Jack's. You will not be disappointed.

We came here before for some Margaritas and it was ok
But with all the lay offs in St. Thomas it looks as though this place is ready to pack it in. They seem like the don't care anymoreand have let the place go downhill. I wonder what restaurant will replace this time.
Hopefully the new restaurant will do better!

Bella Jacks is one of the better restaurants in St Thomas.
The food, service, ambience is all OK. Most people in St Thomas would consider this gourmet mainly because the food isn't served on a plastic tray.
