The Office Tap & Grill

Great place! Best part was being able to bring in your own wine. NO corkage fee on Monday and Wed. Only $5 on Thursday and that goes to charity. Stipulation is that you must order at least $12 worth of food each.
The place is very very reasonably priced. Food was excellent. Portions are not huge so be sure to get an app. Apps are $5-$8 and mains are $12!! The fries are awesome!

i've visit the office a few times and until i started writing reviews, never thought of it as a place to hate or drool over. i guess that means that the office is a good place. it has good food, good service and a nice chilled out atmosphere. i love live entertainment and have always found it at the office; with a nice meal to go with it of course. thank you office.

My B/F and I have been going to a different restaurant weekly to experience the local cuisine and do our part to support the local economy, so we decided to try the Office this week...It was the WORST service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We waited for 20 mins after the bartender seated us because no one else was available to help. Then, after the 20 minute wait, the waitress came in our direction....and served the ladies who had just sat down in the booth next to us. At this point, we got up and walked out...I don't know if anyone noticed (or cared) so we are writing this review. Ignore our rating of the food, because we never got a chance to try it.
RECOMMENDATION...BOYCOTT!!!

We enjoyed the options on the menu and would like to return to try some other items. The server was slow and he didn't seem interested in taking our order. The girls that work there seemed to be on the ball though. The food was adequate. The water was terrible - tasted like parsley. The atmoshpere has a welcoming and trendy feel to it.

This place is absolutely excellent! What a gem! We decided to try after reading the reviews here... The decor is gorgeous, the atmosphere is perfect. It's not what you'd expect with a name like "The Office Tap & Grill"... This isn't another greasy spoon.

The food is incredibly delicious and obviously carefully made with fresh ingredients. We've tried the nachos, chicken club and beef skewers (6 bucks appy) and all were incredible. The menu is simple with fair prices.

Our only complaint was slightly slow service on both visit. Regardless, we'll be going back again and again.

If you want to he=ave a dinner party, this is the place! We had a large group and opted for the "Chef's Choice" $12 per head menu. We had an amazing meal and a a knock-out time. Thank you Sarah!

This restaurant really does simple food well. We ordered very basic menu items like the burger and fish & chips and were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful flavours and overall quality of the food. The burger isn't just a burger, it's an enormous sirloin burger with a "just like dad's" homemade flavour. The fish wasn't just your run-of-the-mill greasy fish & chips it was lightly dusted, pan-seared, crispy and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. The decor and atmosphere were pleasing to the senses. An all-around pleasurable experience.

Wow, what a great find, we are new in the area and went there because of the reviews. We think it is just amazing, coming from Vancouver we are used to cool food and decor. This place hits all the marks, can't wait to go back. Try the burger & nachos, they will blow you away!!

We love this place and have made it our regular meeting spot...

Just a note to "disappointed" below.... The lamb shank is a "drumstick" that's what a shank is! If you want to pay $11 for an entree you can't expect a rack of lamb! It is delicious and the flavours are amazing.
