Thank god this place closed up. Terrible food and service. haven't tried the new place that has reopened in its spot but I am hoping its at least decent compared to this last dive...yuck

Damn place was closed !!

We waited over 20 MINUTES for someone to come to our table. There was maybe 2 other tables TOPS in the whole entire restaurant. The waitress sat us, walked away and never came back.

I will never step foot inside this restaurant again. I was served the leftover duck bones and not one piece of meet from the poor bird. When I expressed my disatisfaction to the waitress she simply shrugged it off and still billed us even though i ate nothting from the plate.
My friend recently found a loooong hair in her food and a co-worker actually said he did not feel well after eating there.

The food was great, but the waitress was a bit of a bossy britches! Apparently, every sauce has a time and place, regardless of your preference.

ordered warrior beef. didn't care for the beans in it. very very hot dish. flavor may have been a little overbearing.

A group of 4 friends went there tonight, which was our second time. Tonight we basically had a smorg on our table with all the dishes! We absolutely love Echoes, and it is most definitely the best Asian food in the city in my opinion. The decor is nice, food is extremely tasty, service is very very quick, and we never have felt like we are rushed out the door when we are done eating. We'll most definitely be back many times.

Have gone back since too. First time, we ordered lunch specials and appetizers. My husband had the red Curry, I had Tofu stirfry, and we's started with a chicken satay. The next time we went, I ordered Jade Chicken Curry, and he ordered the Warrior Beef. Both times the dishes were ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT, and my husband particularly enjoyed the warrior beef. He said it was maybe the best thing he'd ever eaten in life. That's a bloody good review.

This place has my favourite pad thai in town. It far surpasses Salah Thai and Spicy Thai. Those other restaurants serve it far to sweet. I love this pad thai because it comes with chicken, egg, shrimp and peanuts, and you can choose tofu if your vegetarian. The calamari is fantastic also. I go here almost on a weekly basis with my mom and we never get tired of it. It's a quaint space but decorated nicely and servers are always very pleasant except it always seems to be understaffed. I love this restaurant and will return again for sure!!!!

Nice ambiance - decor suited the place but was not over-the-top. The one waitress working was hustling but gave great service to all customers. Both of us enjoyed our meals and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Only negative was being charged for the fountain pop refills.
