Review: I don't think there is better pub in all of Scarborough. I'm really lucky to live close but have visited many locales in my time and I've never had such good food and beer at great prices. And the bonus, there's always something going for entertainment. Especially thurs. nights with Phil and John. Keep on rocking. Love the hair.

Review: I hadn't been to the Fossil in close to 6 years. The last time I went a few friends and I ordered a few different appetizers and they were atrocious. This kept me away until yesterday.

I was in the mood for wings and my local pub closed down, so, I decided to give the Fossil another chance. I ordered hot wings and onion rings to go. The order arrived quickly and I was on my way, mouth watering the whole way home. Unfortunately the rings didn't travel well, and they had gotten a bit soggy and stuck together, my fault. The wings were probably the best I have had in Toronto. Large, meaty and perfectly sauced. They were pretty reasonable too. I am now kicking myself for staying away for so long. I can't comment on the rest of the menu, but the wings are worth the trip.

Review: best pub grub in Toronto. By far. Service is excellent; Peter, Cathy, Bonnie and Betty are the salt of the earth and they all have a wicked sense of humour, esp Bonnie!

Review: Food - delicious, drinks - DELICIOUS... service - ghastly! I'm not gonna lie, I'm a karaoke with johnny fan... I visit almost every tuesday, and bring buddies to see the most exciting attraction there is - Wild Bill! However.. this past tuesday I was greatly dissapointed with the service.. not only was it horribly slow, but my waitress took the liberty of adding a 17.00 tip for herself on my mastercard!! Nowhere on my bill does it say 17.00 tip! I only found out when I got my mastercard bill and am currently 500km and thus am not able to protest this autrocity. As such I would recommend this pub and grill to anyone.. especially on a tuesday night... but wacth your money! sneeky little.. you know who you are! I have ur name and waitress number! I'll be back...

Review: I usually order them by phone and pick up a large order for home. Best taste - medium crispy.
Try them you won;t be disappointed. Pub has a great atmosphere especially if you want to watch a sporting event.

Review: The Wings here are the best I've ever had, and I've been a chicken HOG for a long time.
Get them medium triple baked with hot on the side.
The Pizza and soup are great too!

Review: Big fan of the Anchor Bar wings in Buffalo, but I think the Fossil and Haggis wings are a close tie!

Wayne took us to this place a few years ago and have enjoyed going back ever since. The "three times" backed wings are very good, actually they are deep fried and then backed which is what makes them so good.

No other wings within a 50km area can compare!
