Richmond Court Restaurant

One thing I like about this place is that it's open late (until 2AM!), so I can come anytime I like.

The server attitude varies. I've seen some where they can improve, while I've seen others who give excellent service.

The food is top notch considering the price you pay. I'm a noodle soup person, so I usually go for the braised beef noodle. Very delicious I must say. Better than the other Richmond Courts (don't even get me started on the Bur Oak one...).

Definitely a lot of variety. Fits for everyone.

Don't order the sushi though.

a variety of food, great price, even has a bakery! i went there for breakfast and its cheap and delicious! especially the pineapple bun w/butter. for dinner, there's so much to choose from! i ate fried rice, and it was fast and yummy!

The food is good and price is right. There is a lot of selection on the menu. Don't expect exceptional service from the wait staff, however it is adequate and efficient.

My recommendation is not to use the restaurant's washroom but rather the washroom of the mall. Take stairs or elevator by the bank down to the public washroom.

This place serves authentic Chinese fare with loads of selection. The prices are cheap and the variety great.

You cannot go wrong with the Hot & Sour Soup and Chow Mein.

The state of the toilet worries me. Are there ant cleanliness rules in place in Canada?? What if the kitchen is as unhygenic as the bathroom downstairs?

I have been going to Richmond Court for several years, at Leslie and Hwy 7. The food is real chinese, not like other chinese restaurants that most canadians prefer the canadian dishes. It is the best food for chinese and is alot closer than going to China Town on Spadina in Toronto. I would recommend this restaurant if you want authentic chinese food. The manager, Mark, is a great man and makes sure everyone is taken care. I FREQUENT THIS RESTAURANT atleast 2 times a week...

I go to both locations frequently as they serve one of the best "Nai Cha" (Hong kong style tea) in town. It's a very strong brewed black tea (think black coffee) with sugar(optional but recommended) and evaporated milk - very smooth and creamy with a distict smell. A definite pick me up. (I'm writing this at 4:00 a.m. need I say more?

Best Beef with Blackbean sauce in the city. Service is not great at all.

I got there for lunch. I ordered the lunch special which was $5.99, Beef and Tomato on rice.

I have a problem with high blood sugar so I told them I do not need any rice.

They complied.

The lunch special consists of Soup or Coffee or Tea which I never got.

I was never given these options because there was a language barrier between myself and the waitress.

Later when I got my bill, it came to $9.04

They had the nerve to not charge me for the lunch special Beef & Tomato on rice. They charged me for a regular meal item.

These guys are crooks.

The service is bad, the food is awful, the texture of the beef was like rubber. Can you imagine eating rubber.

They did nothing to rectify the situation.

Again, they are crooks and I will never eat here again!!

The food is not that good compared with other Chinese congee and noodles restaurants.

Great food. Service is spotty as it gets very busy. Interesting menu of standard Chinese fare as well as some unusual dishes (spaghetti with BBQ pork, delicious!).
