MI-NE Japanese Restaurant

Lovely decor, friendly service, and someone from our group went to the bathroom and said it was "spotless".

The sashimi and maki was fresh and flavourful, good quality fish.

If there's one place that will definetly satisfy your sushi palate or change your mind on sushi if you don't like it, it will be Mi Ne. I have been going there for years already and will travel great distances just to have their amazing spider rolls. I eat sushi very often and i must say it's the best Sushi restaurant. The service is amazing and the people are so pleasant.....hmmmm i just might go there tomorrow...again. I definetly recommend it!

I normally hate sushi, i dread it everytime my friends take me out and I order the usual western meal, chicken terriyaki. When I cam here with my boyfriend he made me try the orangeville roll he ordered, and I fell in love. It was probably the most amazing thing I have ever tasted. The taste of all their sushi is unbelievable, its fresh, smooth, has three dimensional flavour, an explosion of flavour one after another. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant itself is really cute. It would be perfect for a first date. I would recommend calling in advance and making a reservation though because it is a small restaurant.

This sushi was 100% better than any other sushi my friends stuffed in my mouth. By far the best suhi place in the GTA.

Been there multiple times. One of the best sushi places I've been to in T.O. Large slices, fresh fish, and not $$$ expensive. Have yet to be disappointed once. Every visit has been a great experience. My family loves ordering their take-out sushi/sashimi trays as well.

I have visited this Mi-Ne since they opened for Bz. and they always maintain a higher level of Quality, Services and Cleanliness. In between, I have checked out others, but none of them like this one. Try the Dragon/Unagi Roll, it mixes well and taste great in your mouth. I always recommend this Mi-Ne to friends and host celebration at the restaurant.

We took out a sushi tray for our anniversary from MIne-Ne and the sushi was absolutely superb. The rolls were generously sized and so tasty. The red dragon roll was the best maki I have ever tasted. The fish was incredibly fresh. The order was ready the minute they had said it would be, and as I exited, a whole chorus of sushi chefs called out a friendly good-bye. The only complaint I have is that they don't include miso and salad with sushi trays. But the quality easily makes up for it. Yum-O.

I've been eating at Mi Ne for years. It's a small shop, and the food is great, so yes - it does get busy at times. The food is always fresh, very high quality, I've never had a problem with either the food or the service there. Order take-out if you can't wait, they'll give you an accurate ETA over the phone every time.

Sushi was tasty BUT both me and my friend got food poisoning, so beware!

One of the best Japanese restaurants north of Toronto. Loved everything we tried. Have gone back numerous times. Can't wait to go back again!

I'm lucky enough to live close to Mi-Ne. But out of town friends always look for reasons to visit, just to enjoy the Sushi at Mi-Ne.
The service has improved 200% since it hit rock-bottom a couple of years ago, when it was busy, you waited for 60mins or more at times for food.
The wait-staff know my name and it helps the great food taste even better.
