Red Lobster Restaurants

July 22 was my mother in laws 87 birthday and she wanted to go here........
How could I say no.
Considering our 44th anniversary where our experience was ruined - I recluctantly said OK (how can you refuse a sweet old lady)
Before going I did call the manager and told him of the mail I sent in May (snail not E) He asked that when we arrived we should ask for him and I told him I shouldn't have to as all customers should get the same treatment.
When we were seated we got the same girl as last time and I told her I would like a different server, They gave us Wendy!
Everything, the service,food and treatment were superb and Wendy will be asked for next time

I love the atmosphere at the Peterborough Red Lobster!! All of our food was hot and delicious.The lobster pizza was fantastic and the chicken club with the potatoe chips was wonderful!!
The service is always pleasant ...
This is one of our favorite places to eat lunch or dinner!!

I've been here several times and will go back again. The food is always very appetizing, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The cheddar Bay biscuits are a staple of Red Lobster and we eagerly await them. The seafood is good though probably more fattening than I care to know about.

I am mourning the loss of the raspberry cobbler. They should add it back to the menu.

Today was our 44th anniversary and we thought we would eat out. The famous Red Lobster buns were burned and hard (the waitress agreed) my striploin was fatty undercooked (hit over the head) and had to be sent back it was exchanged for a Sirloin (not my favourite cut) but it was perfect when I told Rosemarie that I though the waitress should have the final say if she served something she said she did have that say so why did she serve it? After I finished my sirloin she said she looked at my 1st steak and it wasn't cooked. I don't know why she served all this in the first place if she had the final say what went to the table ....Looks like this place is starting to go downhill and Paul Grant the manager should wake up

We always enjoy the Red Lobster, they now have oak smoked grill which gives any grilled order a nice smoked flavour.

We had a fantastic experience. The service was attentive and the food was delicious, hot and very fresh. I love the environment and the atmoshere. We will definitly return!!

One of the best experiences we have had in a long time...both our meals were piping hot and delicious!!
The portions were satisfying and the service was great. The manager checked to make sure we were happy..we will definitly be back!!!!

We sat at our table for over 20min and no-one came over. We saw numerous servers cleaning their sections and serving other tables and no one even approached ours. We finally decided to leave as our daughter was now get restless. As we left we told the host at thew door, who immediatley got the manager (from outside, he was on a smoke break) he spoke to us briefly not trying to get us to stay at all. Stated that he was going in to find out what happpened. As we walked away I saw him go back to having his smoke. He obviosly was not to concerned. Red Lobster is one of our favorite restaurants but after this I can't see us going back.

the steak was tough and overdone..2nd time that has happened to me at Red Lobster...the server was pleasant but seemed disorganized somehow..waited a long time for some items..particularly the bill

The seafood is overcooked, portions were small considering the steep prices!
