Hi Tops

the buffet was tastless and cold on some items. some items didnt seem to be refilled at all at times.
made a special order of their hi tops lo mein i think it was and it was alright tasting but it had a floury taste i think from the thickener for the sauce...

i wont be returning there are far better Chinese restaurants in peterborough

Knowing what I know of the place you could not PAY me enough to eat there! If the customers got "fresh" food it probably wasn't "fresh" and if it was they should consider themselves lucky. You would shudder if you saw what happens behind the scenes. Beyond that they are very nice to customers but they treat their staff that isn't Asian like dirt. Try South Pacific instead. Actual fresh food, clean kitchen or better yet take the 15 min drive to Ming Ming's in Norwood (yes I said Norwood) for the BEST chinese in the area.

do cockaroaches bother anyone? I had high tops delivered to me, and well i have called High top's and i have complained about my chow mein having a cockaroach in it, the manager went on saying "i dont know where you pick it up and put", accusing me of putting a cockaroach in my own food. I will be complaining to the department of health. This incident just happened so i kinda still feel disgusted and i feel like throwing up!!

I may have to try Hi-Tops again, but every time I've tried it, the food was fairly tasteless.

One of the longest established (100 years!) and best restaurants in Peterborough. Buffet and menu are both excellent. Buffet is fresh and very tasty, not bland like some places.

One of my favorite places to eat whenever I visit Peterborough. Very small and cozy, clean atmosphere.

it's the best , tasty..good service..cozzy atmosphere very asian traditional setting.. classic. they must be doing somthing great for being around esablished 100 years

AMAZING! This is the third Chinese food restaurant we've tried in Peterborough, and the food here was the best by FAR! No suggestions for improvement - everything was fantastic. Reasonable prices, too!
