Entering the establishment, we were faced with a breathtaking mural of the Tuscan countryside, setting the tone for an authentic experience. Greeted by the amiable staff, we were ushered into the simple yet elegant dining room and seated beside one of their large windows. The antipasti (appetizers) were delectable grilled and marinated vegetables, a light, perfect way to stimulate the tastebuds for the meal to follow, coupled with a bottle of their dry, fruity Orvieto which continued nicely into the main course, with its unctuous, creamy alfredo sauce, made fresh and soaking into the tender chicken over the fettucini... aldente, just the way we like it! With just enough room to spare, we ordered a piece of tiramisu, a delicious note to end a wonderful meal on. This budding new establishment deserves the attention and recognition that will undoubtedly arise in this coming season.

Pleasant decor and attentive staff. This is a new restaurant which is still 'finding their way'. The food was good (not great) and reasonably priced. With so many restaurants in Peterborough to choose from, Cuisine of Italy will have to become exceptional if it wants to survive.
