I mean come on its just food and its not like youre paying out the ass for it ,THE FOOD, THE PRICE = VERY FAIR SO SHUT UP EAT OR GO HOME!

Amazing service and FANTASTIC food!

My steak and mashed were o.k but my vedge was frozen!!!The servis sucks they need to get some restaraunt lessons.

Wings were RAW.I came there after work busy and stresful.And this was all i needed RAW WINGS.Im not sending people there way!!!!

Complaint. server Amanda Dine In service for 2 guests table #15, Order no. 34221 Dated Nov 8/07 aprox 6:20 arrival time. We ordered l lbs wings meal and 1 order of 3 Amigos. With drinks.
Took 30 mins for the meal to come. The mushroom caps were not cooked enough the batter was sticky inside and one mushroom was totally frozen it forgot to hop in the deep fryer. The Wings were tough and dry.
We have never had this kind of service at this location ever before.
If this was my first time this would be my last time.
People who came in the restaurant after we left before we were done eating.

then the server did not bring our bill As I was going to the washroom before leaving another wished my a good night.

I could have walked out of the restaurant without paying.

I am totally dissapointed with our meal and evening out.
Not an enjoyable experience.

The sauce was bland, no flavour at all, the mushrooms in the sauce were very soft almost mushy. The Chicken was rubbery and tough to chew. The ceasar salad tasted like the whole bottle of anchovies was dumped in the dressing very fishy tasting - the lettace that did actual have dressing on it was somewhat wilted and dark the stock appeared in may have been frozen. Water well you might wonder how water could be bad - but there were chunks of something floating in it and the Keiths was warm. When I mentioned the water the waitress apologized and took the glass away but never returned with a fresh one. The excuse for the Keith's was they had been busy and sold a lot of it that day and it hadn't had a chance to cool???? As for the salad she said the dressing comes in a big container they don't make it there and the lettuce was just cut. As for the actual meal she simply said she was sorry... At least it came hot, but there was no attempt to take it to the kitchen for a new one, no manager came to apologize, no discount at all and of the 4 or 5 staff members I seen they didn't seem interested in being there and serving the customers - they all stood around the bar area and chatted - the only way I attracted my waitresses attention to complain was to wave at them. No wonder it wasn't busy -- I doubt I'll ever go back and I had heard it was a great spot and they have a meeting room - particular reason for my visit to see if the food was worth booking the room for a meeting.

My wife and I went in to try out their rib night and were greatly impressed. The ribs were wonderful and the fresh cut fries were a nice treat. Our server Tamara was a sweet girl and very polite. We will most definately be back!

This was the second time we ate at Copper Ridge. The first time my boyfriend ordered the wing meal and loved it. He was very impressed that generous portion of wings came with both fries and veggies. I don't remember what I ate on the occassion but I thought that our fire side seat was quite nice. The wing dinner is what brought us back the second time. To our surprise this time was wing night and the entree was half off. However this time the quality just wasn't there. I am not sure if they use a different type of wings for cheap night or if we just came on a off night. Both times I wasn't impressed by anything but the fireside seating. I will only go back again if my partner wants.

This is a great place to have a great meal at a good price and the bathrooms are so clean to.We even checked out the band ,it was so nice to be in such a roomy place love it!!!!!!

I have to tell everone reviewing copper ridge that some of the people that gave it a poor review must try it again. The food is so good that we eat there three times a week.We would recommend eating at copper ridge restaurant to everyone that wants a great tasting meal without waiting 30 minutes. please keep up the amazing work.
