One should not leave after a "lunch" with colleagues fuming mad after not get their meal, especially after speaking to the "manager". The table took a long time to get served all the food and by the time someone came to tell me my order had been given to someone else, most of my colleagues had eaten half their food. The "reorder time" meant that they would all been done by the time my food came. (Yes, we were a large party but the place was empty - that should say something.) That is a lot of fun and always awkward - being the only person without food. Then the server gets rude when I say I am not willing to eat after everyone else is finished and implies that since the reorder has already started, I should be compelled to wait and eat it. I cancelled my pizza at this point (I was offered another pizza which had been sitting around for some time but it contained something I am allergic to so I passed).
After paying the bill of my colleagues ($151) (and leaving no tip), I run into the manager on my way out (to get a sandwich down the street so I don't have to work the rest of the day without food). Indifference to the siutation and making excuses for his staff - I guess it is my fault again (yes, for having gone in there in the first place).
Apparently, after I paid for my 6 colleagues and left, the server had the gall to give a supplementary bill to my colleagues as she forgot to charge me for a ginger ale I had (or noticed the lack of a tip)! - Order: Pizza but it never came!

I am from Brampton, Ontario which is right next to Woodbridge (one of the largest Italian populations in Canada).
This is the fist Italian restaurant I had dinner at after my move to Ottawa. The food is not really authentic Italian food. It is just a restaurant that serves sort of Italian food.
The gnocchi was mushy and the cream sauce was too oily.
The food is expensive and I would rather venture out to the Glebe or Westborough for better Italian food.
Not a repeat only because I enjoy authentic Italian food. T

I've been here several times and the food is always good. Im surprised with the number of negative comments, but they can't satisfy everyone right.
I find that what ever I order, it's always delicious. The pizza is homemade and you can actually see the guy making it. You ask for extra tomatos on the pizza and they do it for you. Great service.

We had been going to this restaurant for about 3.5 - 4 years and were ALWAYS happy with the food and service. Then there were changes, big changes and I don't like change, almost all new people, new faces everywhere. So we went to other restaurants for 6 or so months, we finally went back on June 06/08 and they have their groove back. We will start going back again and hope that it remains up to it's previous standards for which they received all the awards for in the past!!

Very ordinary, very dissapointing. There are so many very good Italian restaurants in Ottawa, this one does not deserve a second visit.

Absolutely one of the worst meals I have ever had. Venison ordered rare came well done, tough and tasteless. Three small overcooked cold scallops. Beet salad was good but needed a saw or at least a steak knife to cut it.
Wait staff was ok but never bothered to ask how the meal was. Four others at my table ordered the same special and it was equally as bad. Alot of money for a terrible meal. - Order: Special - beet salad, venison with scallops

Well here we are on our Valentines Day Dinner waiting for our 8pm reservation to be ready, we sit at the bar order a bottle of wine and there is absolutely no room around the bar area. People are constantly bumping in to us and it's freezig as we are sitting somewhat close to the entrance. A few glasses of wines later our tables ready.
So the host sits us down and i try and squeeze between the table next to us which can't be much more than 6" away, and almost knock over the table. Then the waitress comes over to serve the table next to us and almost trips over the ladies purse that was put between our tables. I guess what i am trying to say is, it's not very romantic when you can hear the conversation at the next table which consists of a guy who is being taken out for his birthday and valentine's day by his mistress, and he refers to her as his "Wednesday Girl". Overall it wasn't a terrible experience...food was excellent and the service was exceptional.

Food was Great Cannelloni portion was to small for a grown man but Agilo was perfect size
Wine was great, and cheese cake was very average
The atmospohere is great place looks fantastic
very nice and non invasive, tables are far apart enough so you don't hear the conversations.
But our waiter was way below par, no interest in us, little bit rough on the edges, i have see better waiter at Elgin Street dinner at 3 am.
Oh and the bathrooms need little bit of care. You can tell a lot about a restaurant after you visit the bathroom.
If you want great food and very nice atmosphere i highly recommend it.
If you like me and you don't like the waiter to handle your glass wine by the top of the glass, and you like little more attention that a piece of brick laying on the street, go somewhere else. - Order: Cannelloni di funghi Agilo o olio Red wine - Australian Lilly Pilly New York Cheese cake Grappa Coffee
