Shawarma's King

the food wasnt bad nothing i cant get anywhere else
the service was terrible and unreliable
the atmosphere of the venue was disgusting , the plates and glasses had food chunks still on them
i would definitely not recommend this for a family or anyone at all

This used to be acclaimed as the best Shawarma in the city. However, I respectfully disagree because anyone who claims his Shawarma is the best, has not really tasted a real Shawarma from the Middle East or Turkey.

Let me put it that way, I'd simply not eat Shawarma at this palce. It is acceptable, but not up to my standards.

The amenities and decor is disgusting, dirty tables... definitely not a family place.

Tip: stay away from their Kafta...1) they're not interested in making it and 2) it doesn't taste any good.

the potato sauce is amazing ...

but, i wish they could do a renovation in the saloon and clean sometimes.

Their food is mediocre; it's good but nothing special. You can find a restaurant of this caliber many places in Ottawa without having to drive downtown. Their food is fresh and their portions are average, I think they have a lot of room for improvement to level up with Shawarma Palace on Rideau or Maroush.

I'd recommend it if you are in the area, but all Shawarma on Bank street tastes pretty much the exact same. That's my opinion anyhow, I've eaten at them all 10 times each!

The food is great and the service above average for shawarma places. Asides from the food the best feature of this place is their awesome delivery service; not only are they on time and polite but you can actually pay debit - so convenient...will definately order again...

Awesome shawarmas, don't take advice from someone who can't spell or use the word 'there'.
